Taylor Swift Balances Her Broad Shoulders

This is a cute outfit that Taylor Swift (country singer) is wearing.   She’s got a tiny waist, that is emphasised by the piped waistband (lucky her!), and the flare of the skirt balances her broad, square shoulders so she doesn’t look top heavy.  The only issue I have is that the waistband is gaping at the side, so the skirt is too big at the waist for her.  It’s these small alterations that aren’t performed that ruin outfits, it’s one of my pet hates that people wear clothes that don’t fit properly, it’s not like she can’t afford a simple alteration.    What do you think?
